ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm EST. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders valued at $500+ will require a signature at delivery.
Please note: We can’t ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is used at checkout, we’ll reach out for an alternate address.

Once your order has shipped, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages—but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

All orders are final once placed—we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at clioherbert.com.

RETURNS:

All items are final sale, including custom orders.

REPAIRS:

We offer repair services exclusively for our jewelry. If you need a repair, email us first at clioherbert.com—please don’t send anything without contacting us.

Once confirmed, securely package your piece and include our Repair Form.

We’ll take care of the rest and let you know of any repair fees before we begin.
